Merry Christmas!

‘Tis the season for turkey, stockings on chimneys, hot chocolate, Christmas carolling, Santa in the malls, stollen and not to mention stolen kisses under the mistletoe! So all this month Black Forest adds on to the cheer by incorporating pork into CHRISTMAS!

Starting off with a nice Pumpkin and Tomato Soup with crispy Serrano Ham to warm you up and keep you cozy.

Keeping with tradition, we then haveĀ Roasted Turkey Breast stuffed with heavenly Iberico Pork and chestnut stuffing guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds served with winter vegetables in saucy Pink Peppercorn Sauce.

But of course, we would have something porcine! A delicious Slow Cooked Smoked Pork Belly Rib accompanied by hand whipped garlic mash and sweet fine beans.

And what better way than to end the night with something sweet like a Warm Chocolate Stollen with a cherry and cranberry yoghurt mousse and a light hint of mango coulis to warm your heart!

Who’s to say we’re stopping there? Have a schnapp or a beer while you’re at it to celebrate the Christmas cheer!
